Personalisation
To make your new home truly yours, you can personalise a number of features, including the following:
• Two ambience combinations for the main and second bathrooms.
• Two laminate flooring shades for the home.
• Swap the bath for a shower tray.
At additional cost. Replacement of the general flooring (laminate) with porcelain stoneware. Three different colour combinations for the kitchen units, with matching worktop.
The personalisation options chosen from those offered by the developer must be communicated to it before the deadline set by the Site Management according to the progress of the works; if no options have been communicated by that date, the home will be delivered according to the standard model.
